In fact, research indicates that the consumers in the immediate Castle Rock trade area (5 mile radius) spend more than 150 percent of the national average in all categories of products and services. In the greater Castle Rock trade area, which encompasses Castle Pines, residents commonly spend 175 percent to 200 percent of the national average.
