Colorado Lending Source is the state's nonprofit, small business financing expert. Over our two decade history, we have worked with small businesses to create and retain more than 16,500 jobs across Colorado while helping to pump $750 million into the state's economy.As the largest lender of our kind in the state, Colorado Lending Source is a vital contributor to Colorado's economy. In 2010 alone we partnered with 50 different lending institutions to help provide 250 Small Business Administration Loans. This led to the creation of 2,300 jobs in Colorado.
The 504 Loan Program is designed to help small businesses finance the purchase of commercial real estate and capital equipment for as little as 10 percent down with a fixed interest rate.
The 7(a) Loan Program includes financial help for businesses with special requirements. For example, funds are available for loans to businesses that handle exports to foreign countries, businesses that operate in rural areas, and for other very specific purposes.
The Microloan Program provides small, short-term loans to small business concerns and certain types of not-for-profit child-care centers.
