Use "My Favorites" to collect pages, downloads, properties, companies, and reports that you would like to keep in one place. To store a page, click on the "Add to My Favorites" button at the top of the page. To store a download, click on the plus button next to the download link. To store a property or company, click on the "Add to My Favorites" button listed next to each listing. Reports that are generated are automatically saved to My Favorites. My Favorites will be saved for seven days.
Homebuilders reminded to enroll in incentive program by March 1
Large-volume homebuilders are encouraged to enroll in the Town’s Homebuilder Volume Incentive Program by March 1, to participate this year. This is the second year the program has been implemented.
In December 2010, Town Council voted to endorse a homebuilder incentive program for 2011 and beyond.
The program is designed to encourage homebuilding activity, which would benefit both the builders and the Town.
To qualify, the homebuilder must submit and pay all fees on 80 or more single family permits during the year. Once this is met, the builder qualifies for $550 in use tax rebates per home for up to 120 homes. The rebates are then distributed by March 1 of the following year.
This year, Richmond Homes will receive a rebate of $40,150.
"We’re continually looking at ways to boost Castle Rock’s economy," said Charles Montoya, finance director. "We want to create an environment or an incentive that drives more companies to do business here."
