Use "My Favorites" to collect pages, downloads, properties, companies, and reports that you would like to keep in one place. To store a page, click on the "Add to My Favorites" button at the top of the page. To store a download, click on the plus button next to the download link. To store a property or company, click on the "Add to My Favorites" button listed next to each listing. Reports that are generated are automatically saved to My Favorites. My Favorites will be saved for seven days.

Castle Rock partners with the local, regional and state resources to provide employers with the best initials hires as well as training programs that are customized for companies so the employees can continue to evolve to meet the company mission.

State Resources 

  • Colorado FIRST Customized Training Program - This statewide job training program provides training assistance to the Metro Denver workforce as an incentive for companies that are relocating or expanding in Colorado.
  • Colorado Department of Labor and Employment - With many online workforce resources for employers, the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment also offers the Connecting Colorado site where employers can post job openings and find quality workers.
  • Colorado School-to-Career Program - This program brings students, businesses, communities and schools together to create a highly trained and productive workforce and helps business leaders in Metro Denver improve workforce quality through work-based experiences and curriculum development tailored to today's workforce needs.

Regional Resources

Arapahoe/Douglas Works! provides a wide variety of no-cost services to help employers meet their recruitment goals and ensure a qualified workforce. Their Business Development Representatives are experienced in listening to employers’ needs and providing solutions to save your organization time, money and valuable resources.

Local Resources

The Castle Rock Chamber of Commerce offers a variety of top-quality training programs that help both business owners and employees. The Chamber offers one-on-one business counseling to help you hone your skills. The Chamber's Economic Gardeners program offers assistance for start-ups as well as existing businesses and customer service training and other targeted business training. Castle Rock is fortunate to have a satellite campus of Arapahoe Community College as well as two master's programs offered by Webster University.

Arapahoe Community College

Arapahoe Community College began offering classes at its new Castle Rock Campus in October of 2011. The new campus is conveniently located off of Meadows Parkway on the west side of I-25 at 4700 Castleton Way. 

The campus features five classrooms configured with the latest technology, a large computer lab and faculty dedicated to the success of the student. Course offerings will position students to complete an Associate's degree and assist those students who wish to transfer credits to a four-year institution.

Webster University

Webster University, in partnership with the Castle Rock Chamber of Commerce, now offers master's degree programs in Business Administration (MBA) and Management & Leadership (MA). Classes started in January 2012, but enrollment is open now.

Classes are held Thursdays, 5:30 to 9:30 p.m., in the board room of the Castle Rock Chamber of Commerce. The programs consist of five, nine-week classes per year.
